Reopen from the same verified account
Return through the normal lobby, then inspect play history. Look for a round in progress, completed result or balance entry around the interruption time.
Collect a traceable reference
Save the provider round ID, session ID, stake, debit and posted result. A screen recording is useful, but identifiers are what the operator can query.
Ask support to trace, not recreate
Request the settlement record for that round. If the display and ledger disagree, state the exact difference and wait for a response before further play.
