Recover the Original Round Instead of Replaying It

The animation on the phone is only a presentation of the provider result. If the connection drops after the wager reaches the server, the original round may continue and settle even though the final grid was not displayed.

Stop new input

Do not press spin again or create several fresh sessions. Record the account balance, game name and approximate time as soon as the interruption occurs.

Reopen from the same verified account

Return through the normal lobby, then inspect play history. Look for a round in progress, completed result or balance entry around the interruption time.

Collect a traceable reference

Save the provider round ID, session ID, stake, debit and posted result. A screen recording is useful, but identifiers are what the operator can query.

Ask support to trace, not recreate

Request the settlement record for that round. If the display and ledger disagree, state the exact difference and wait for a response before further play.
